It is the most wild beach with beautiful dunes and a nice forest to the north. This large sand beach extends for about two kilometers. There is a lifeguard in the summer and we can practice numerous water sports here. We find a big parking lot with about 500 places. There are paths across the dunes that lead to the beach entrance 152 is paved, the others are sand. To get here, follow directions for La Terrière then take the road “rue de la Mer” and “rue d'Espagne”. The parking lot is at the end of this one way road. Exit through the forest. Note that after entrance 152, there is a nudist zone 300 meters after the lifeguard station if you go north about 5 minutes by foot. Dogs are allowed outside of lifeguarding zones. Attention swimming is dangerous on this beach north of La Tranche sur Mer. There are holes and currants. There are also large, strong waves. It is better for water sports rather than swimming. This beach extends to the neighboring city Longeville sur Mer. The next zone over is reserved for nudists. There are dunes and a pinewood surrounding this beach. We find large dunes in the background. This is the most natural beach in the city. The entrance to the beach is paved, making it handicap accessible – but the access is a bit steep. At entrance 152 is a large parking lot with about 500 places. Entrance 151 is sandy. We are near entrance 150 of this beach. Access 150 is also made of sand.
